By placing an order with KIKS JAPAN, INC and KIKSTYOSHOP.COM you agree to

SHIPPING: All items are shipped from
Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post EMS. We require signatures for all deliveries. EMS
shipments usually arrive in 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. In the
event of undeliverable packages the purchaser is responsible for the shipping
costs to and from the delivery address. In the case that an undeliverable item
is returned to us, the purchaser will receive a refund for the purchase, less
shipping costs.
PRICING AND CURRENCY: All of our products
are priced according to our suggested retail price for the Japanese
Market. The prices of our products are based on YEN and include all
appropriate tax. Listed prices do not include shipping and
handling.
KIKS JAPAN, INC and KIKSTYOSHOP.COM are not
responsible for any customs duties, local taxes or import taxes that you as an
importer may encounter.
All the orders are payable in Japanese YEN.
In the event a product or service is listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, KIKS JAPAN, INC will have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the
incorrect price.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
: KIKS JAPAN, INC and KIKSTYOSHOP.COM may cancel
your order or part of your order if an item is sold out or no longer available.
In most instances we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your
order. In the event of partial orders KIKS JAPAN, INC will ship the
items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order. In such a
case, an email confirmation of the revised order will be sent.
