KIKS TYO INTERNATIONAL WEB SHOP is open for business and accepting orders as usual. The COVID-19 Pandemic has caused many countries/territories to take measures such as stopping acceptance of inbound postal items as well as considerable suspension and reduction of flights from/to Japan. Accordingly, shipping times have been delayed significantly. Currently the situation is different for shipments in each country. Please check the following shipping information before you place an order.

If shippinng in nyour country is delayed and you want to order, we will be happy to keep all products and orders for you indefinitely and ship the products immediately after the shipping transportation service is restored. During this period, all pre-order (if any) will also be guaranteed. Update April.16, 2020: COVID-19 Related FAQ

My order can't be shipped due to temporarily suspension. What will happen to my order?

We will be happy to keep all products and orders for you for an unlimited period of time and ship the items once shipping services resume. All pre-orders if any, will also be secured during this time.

My tracking information does not update in Japan. What is happening?

Currently we are seeing that many packages stuck with the following status: 

Posting / Collection at Meguro or Setagaya prefecture

Japan post has announced that due to the reduced amount of flights, it is estimated to take more than two weeks to assign a plane to carry the packages they accepted. Therefore your package is likely to be waiting for a flight. Even for EMS there may not be updates on tracking info for two weeks and for e-Packet/Airmail/SAL it could be up to a month with no update.

We will keep this page updated with any further information. We thank you in advance for your patience with any updates.

My order was returned to sender without even arriving to my country. Why? Will you contact me?

Currently Japan post is returning packages thhat were accepted in March, but couldn't be shipped from Japan because of temporary suspension.

If your package has been returned, we will contact all customers with alternative shipping methods, if any or we will arrange to hold your order until shipping resumes.

My shipping method is currently suspended and I want to change my shipping method to an available one.

    We can and will make a money request for the difference in shipping cost by PayPal. If you approve this process, email our customer support for a shipping method change: info@kikstyoshop.com
