Refund policy

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We cannot accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations of orders or pre-orders once they have been confirmed. Please carefully review your order including size, measurements and color choice selection before you confirm your purchase. In the case that your order or pre-order contains an item that is out of stock, we will refund you for the out of stock item plus any shipping cost paid for the out of stock item and ship the available items as ordered.

NOT AS DESCRIBED: In the event that the item(s) received is significantly different than described, your purchase may be eligible for a return/exchange.  Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with the details and images of the item received and a note about how the product differs from its description.

To qualify for a return on an item NOT AS DESCRIBED, the following requirements must be met

  • Contact must be made regarding the item within 24 hours of receipt.
  • The item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as when received.
  • All original product packaging must be included with your return (tags, bags, etc), also in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping must be completed within 48 hours once return eligibility has been confirmed.
  • Return shipping must be via trackable express mail and delivered within 7 days from shipment.
  • The item must be labeled as "Returned Merchandise" on the shipping and customs forms.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNED TO SENDER: If a package has been mistakenly addressed by us, the item will be re-shipped to you at our expense upon return to our warehouse. The tracking number for the re-shipped package will be provided at that time.

If a package is being returned to us ('return to sender') due to a shipping address error made by the customer, refusal to pick up the package, refusal to arrange for re-delivery after a first delivery attempt, or failure to pay local customs fees/duties, the package will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. Shipping costs will be invoiced within 48 hours of receipt of the returned package.  If the invoiced re-shipping costs are not paid within 48 hours, the purchase price will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund (up to $100).
